2022 is an exciting year so far at BIO-key, and we're continuing the excitement with some of our upcoming events this quarter. We hope to see you there!

## NACo CIO Forum & Legislative Conference

*February 11th (CIO Forum), February 12th - 16th (Legislative Conference), Washington D.C.*

The [National Association of Counties](https://www.naco.org/events/2022-naco-legislative-conference) (NACo) CIO Forum is a full day of sessions discussing many top priorities for counties, including cybersecurity and multi-factor authentication. While we don't have a booth at the Legislative Conference, our VP of Product, Kimberly Biddings, will be presenting at the IT Steering Committee Meeting on Sunday, February 13th, 11am to 1:30PM.

Cybersecurity continues to be the top priority for 8 years now, and it's important to know how to implement cybersecurity safeguards, budget for MFA, and work with employees, citizens, and suppliers to adopt new security best practices. The NACo Legislative Conference brings together elected and appointed county officials to focus on federal policy issues that impact counties and our residents.
